Keith Paul – President and Chief Executive Officer
Keith Paul has over 25 years of experience in the waste management sector and is the co-owner and President of Sandman Investment Group, LLC. He started in a family-owned business and helped it become the largest provider in the Columbus, Georgia, Auburn-Opelika and Eufaula Alabama market areas. Assuming the presidency of SIG in 1992, SIG is known for its complete customer service and attention to detail as a result of the culture established by Keith. Keith holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Columbus State University, a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University and his Ph.D. in Management from Kennedy-Western University. Additionally he is a graduate of Leadership Columbus, serves on the board of the Greater Columbus Chamber of Commerce, and is the overall chair of Leadership Columbus.


Greg Paul – Vice-President
Greg Paul serves as the Chief Administrative officer of Recyc Systems. Greg has been involved in the waste management business for over 25 years. He is the co-owner and Vice President of Sandman Investment Group. LLC. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University and a Masters of Business Administration from Columbus State University. He is also a graduate of Leadership Columbus and is currently serving on or has served on numerous boards and committees, including Columbus Technical College Board of Trustees, Youth Leadership Columbus, and as a commissioner of Keep Columbus Beautiful, an affiliate program of Keep America Beautiful.


Rickey Turner – Senior Project Manager and Technical Services Director
Rickey Turner has over 30 years experience in the bio solid and waste industries. In 1994 he started Recyc Systems, Inc. and Wastewater Products, Inc. Mr. Turner spent three years in education and partnership with a land application of bio-solids in the state of Virginia with an established company in this business. In 1996 Recyc Systems, Inc. signed its first contract with United Water Services who operated the Fulton County Georgia, wastewater plants. This land application program was one of Alabama’s largest with 7,000 acres permitted. Under the direction of Recyc Systems, Rickey signed other contracts with municipalities in Alabama, Tennessee, and Georgia. He continues as the Senior Project Manager of Recyc Systems with bio-solids land application contracts that produce over 100,000 tons annually. Rickey has worked with private companies to audit, or implement a bio-solids land application program. He graduated from Snead State, 1977 and was hired as general manager of T&G Poultry Inc. in 1977. Rickey is an active member of National Water Federation and Alabama Rural Water. Rickey qualifies for Alabama grade four wastewater licenses. He presently serves as Bi-vocational Associate Pastor and Youth director of Pleasant View Baptist Church of Holly Pond, AL.


Jacob Holsonback, Operations Manager
Jacob is the operations manager for the Recyc Systems north Alabama bio-solids projects. He works with the field managers to develop the best transportation routes and assist in having the proper equipment on hand to ensure the daily transportation and land application of our bio-solids projects. He manages the daily land application of 80,000 gallons of food grade bio-solids from several processing plants. He also assists Recyc Systems south Alabama projects and Columbus, GA. projects. Jacob is a graduate of Gadsden State and North East Alabama College with degrees in Welding Technology. He also has Class “A” CDL and has experience with the transportation of bio-solids.


Tina Hudson – Accounting
Tina has been in the accounting field since 1982. She graduated from Massay Draughon Business College with an Associates degree in Accounting. She has also earned several certifications in the accounting field. She worked in CPA offices from 1993 thru 1998. She has been an office accountant in the construction/transportation business. She has been with Recyc Systems since 2010.
